Aim: To examine in-depth the experiences of health professionals working in community mental health centers in two different regions. Method: A phenomenological design, a qualitative research approach, was used. Semi-structured, in-depth interviews were conducted with ten health professionals working in community mental health centers in eastern and western Türkiye between September 1, 2023, and November 1, 2023. The interviews were conducted face-to-face and audio-recorded. Content analysis was conducted using MAXQDA 2022. Results: Themes, sub-themes, and codes were derived from the health professionals' statements. Accordingly, three themes were identified: "Clinical and rehabilitative services provided in CMHCs," "Effects of CMHC services on the individual and family," and "Problems encountered in CMHC practices." Conclusion: Examining the experiences of health professionals working in CMHCs in two geographical regions reveals the importance of the holistic, multidimensional services CMHCs provide for the mental health of individuals and their relatives. To ensure the sustainability of the CMHC model, it is necessary to strengthen personnel capacity.
