Eski ve modern dönemdeki âlimler Arapçanın kurullarının konulması ve gelişmesine dair meselelere önem vermişlerdir. Bu konuya çok ilgi duymuşlardır. Arapçayı bol lafızlarla besleyen ve Sami dilleri arasında en zengin, üslup türleri en fazla ve kuralları en sağlam olan bir dil kılan yol ve araçları araştırmak için aydınlatıcı ve verimli çalışmalar ortaya koymuşlardır. Fakat âlimler bu yollar ve araçlar arasında bir irtibat kurmamışlardır. Âlimlerin ifadelerine bakıldığında onların bu yol ve araçlara, yeni kelime ve üsluplarla dili besleyen kaynaklar olarak baktıkları görülmemektedir. Onlar bu yolları müstakil bir kitapta bölümler halinde zikretmemişlerdir. Onların bu konudaki çabaları eserleri içinde dağınık bir şekilde olmuştur. İbrahim Enîs gelinceye kadar bu durum bu şekilde devam etmiştir. İbrahim Enîs, “Min Esrâri’l-Belâğa” adlı eserinde bu yolları bir araya toplamış, bölümlendirmiş ve düzenlemiştir. Based on the foregoing, the researcher wanted to present and study Ibrahim Anis's scientific efforts in talking about the methods of language growth, and his division of it, and his comments on it, and his objections to some of the opinions and divisions of late linguists to it, so he began his study with an introduction in which he talked about the life of Ibrahim Anis and his most important books, as he mentioned the concept of linguistic growth and its factors, and in the presentation the researcher allocated three methods of study, namely: Measurement, derivation, heart and substitution, between the division, arrangement and definition of Ibrahim Anis her, and then talked about his views on them, and his objections to them and some of the older scholars who sat her and laid her foundation as Ibn Jinni and Ibn Skeet and Ibn Faris and others, as well as the researcher presented the position of Ibrahim Anis of the decisions of the Arabic Language Academy in these methods, and then concluded his speech with several results including at the end of the study.
