Özet
In this paper, we present a solution for both single-objective optimal power flow (SOOPF) and multi-objective optimal power flow (MOOPF) problems using the EBOwithCMAR algorithm, which combines the Effective Butterfly Optimiser (EBO), Covariance Matrix Adapted Withdrawal Stage (CMAR) and Least Squares (LS) techniques, competing with the benchmark problems in CEC-2017 and the winning solutions of CEC-2016. The EBO applies a crossover operator that enhances population diversity during the Perching and Patrolling phases. CMAR allows for comprehensive optimization of solutions after identifying promising regions, while the LS method improves the precision and accuracy of the final solutions through a more targeted search. This study highlights the individual roles of each component within the EBOwithCMAR algorithm in the optimization process. We have successfully implemented the EBO, EBOCMAR, and EBOCMARLS (EBOwithCMAR) algorithms to address SOOPF and weighted method MOOPF problems in standard IEEE 30 test system, including those with renewable energy sources. The results are promising compared to well-established algorithms in the literature, all while maintaining compliance with system constraints.
