Abstract
The purpose of this study, which is one of the most important concepts in the knowledge economy is to explain innovation. Firstly, one of the key indicators of the innovation that the innovation process, the creation of the necessary environment for innovation, examples from the agricultural sector,
Turkish innovation policy and related to the topic about the way of gainning innovative features to the agricultural products will be informed. With the help and assistance of the detailed review of the literature and statistical data will be given information about the situation of the innovation in Turkey.
